Reeded Glass, also referred to as fluted or ribbed glass, is a patterned decorative glass. It is semi-obscure – light can pass through the glass but is redirected, meaning it is not possible to see exactly what is on the other side of the glass, thus providing an element of privacy. This reeded glass adds visual interest as it diffuses light. Glass can also be cross reeded, where two piece of glass of equal size are crossed over each other in different directions and laminated together. Our reeded glass is available in 4mm and 6mm thicknesses.
