Statement
Missiva is a modular seating system that pairs architectural volumes with a continuous stitched detail inspired by an envelope flap. The collection is designed to provide coherent, configurable seating solutions for contemporary interiors and shared spaces.

Overview
Designed by Luca Pevere, Missiva starts from a sofa as its core element and expands into a family of seating modules. The system supports compact arrangements and larger compositions, ensuring visual continuity and flexibility across different spatial scales. The continuous stitched trim defines the pieces both aesthetically and structurally, enabling a range of upholstered configurations.

Design detail
The characteristic continuous stitch, evoking an envelope flap, shapes the identity and construction logic of each element. This detail allows bicolour or one-colour upholstery executions and facilitates clean junctions between modules while maintaining a unified appearance.

Configurations & Use
Missiva combines sofas, lounge chairs, benches and poufs to create layouts that invite gathering and interaction. Elements can be specified individually or assembled into linear, L-shaped, U-shaped or island configurations to suit reception areas, open-plan offices, hospitality and lounge zones. The modular approach supports easy reconfiguration as programming needs evolve.
