Agglomerated cork is the most versatile form of cork: it is produced by binding together pre selected granulated cork, according to its size and specific weight, with an adequate adhesive binder. They can be presented in sheets and rolls for, with several different qualities, grain sizes and densities, depending on the application.The most common applications for agglomerated cork include bulletin boards, components for the shoes' industry, stoppers, balls, discs, gaskets, fishing rod handles, polishing wheels, insulating and sound proofing underlayment, and household and gift items.
