Design becomes a system in the Chill-Out project by Gordon Guillaumier. Linear geometries lend themselves to many different uses, shape-shifting into customizable sectional arrangements that can delineate different areas in a single space. Chill-Out is a system of sofas and armchairs, complete with in-line coffee tables, that constructs conversation areas with a businesslike aesthetic that exudes avant-garde elegance, enveloping the space it defines in the beauty of design and the pleasure of comfort. Chill-Out elements can stand alone, in linear arrangements, or be combined in corner sectional layouts. Thanks to the repeated uniformity of the shapes, the visual effect is ensured. The metal structure and upholstered seats and backrests are complemented by elegant coffee tables in Carrara or matt Basaltina marble.
