Clean System Rubber Doormats Clean System Rubber doormats are crafted from durable aluminum profiles with robust rubber inserts. The profiles are connected using a high-strength stainless steel cable, while rubber spacers between each profile ensure optimal flexibility and structure. This smart design allows the mat to be easily rolled up for effortless cleaning and transport. A cushioning tape is applied beneath the aluminum profiles to enhance stability and comfort. The spacing between the aluminum profiles ranges from 3 mm to 4.5 mm, providing effective dirt capture while maintaining structural integrity. Thanks to their modular construction, these doormats can be manufactured in any size or shape, tailored to your specific needs. The width of the mat is achieved by cutting the aluminum profiles to size, while the length is built by combining multiple profiles, spaced and secured with rubber separators.
