The Airless Method
The TECNOVER MARINE M12 is engineered for marine painting: antifouling, GelCoat touch-ups and epoxy coatings on boat hulls. The airless process pumps high-pressure material to a gun with a tungsten-carbide nozzle; the pressure drop at the nozzle tip atomizes the coating and deposits it at low speed, producing minimal overspray. Benefits for marine use include higher material transfer efficiency, faster application and reduced airborne misting that can affect crew health. The unit's Airless Revolver allows rapid adjustment of the spray fan to suit different hull profiles and detail work. The product is backed by TECNOVER, an Italian manufacturer with over 40 years in the sector.
