The Turboshort 1000 2-stage HVLP turbine is designed for professional ecological painting of small wooden and metal components. Easy to operate and transport, it is supplied with a convenient carrying case.
Main features
The HVLP method
The Turboshort 1000 uses the ecological High Volume Low Pressure (HVLP) painting method. The turbine generates a large volume of mechanically heated dry air, which accelerates drying and improves paint adhesion. The gentle deposition on surfaces reduces runs and accelerates curing. Relative humidity is reduced by approximately 40%, eliminating condensation of water and oil and creating ideal conditions for modern paint application. Compared with compressed-air systems, the low-pressure method limits overspray, providing paint savings of about 20–40% and reducing exposure for operators and environmental emissions. An inlet air filter ensures high air quality while the turbine power enables optimal spraying and professional finishes.
Gun and control
The included TECNOVER Airbass 300 pistol allows adjustment of the spray pattern (horizontal, concentrated, vertical), material flow and air calibration. Combined with the range of available nozzles, this enables adaptation to different products and surfaces. The unit is lightweight, compact and easy to move; it is supplied with a carrying case for transport and storage.
