General purpose clear acrylic penetrating primer P Primer Clear is a clear coloured, highly developed, liquid primer, that is absorbed deeply into the substrate of cementitious materials, plasters and limes. It binds the substrate and the surface, to give a solid base for decorative finishing coats, such as TERRACO Textured Coatings, paints and thin-layer mortars. Aqueous acrylic copolymer emulsion with the following properties: Improves adhesion Binds dusting substrates Reduces efflorescence Reduces surface alkalinity Easy to apply Areas Of Use For exterior and interior use on sand/cement render, cast-in-situ and precast concrete, lightweight concrete. Is especially suitable for sealing old, dry, absorbent, untreated concrete. On surfaces such as concrete, blockwork, cement renderings and Terraco EIFS, it is recommended that Terraco P Primer be used prior to the application of all decorative finishes.
