At a flea market one day, Leslie stumbled upon a beguiling set of plates decorated with the lines of a school notebook. A dinner party favourite, the set was faithfully used until one by one, they broke. Today there is only one badly cracked plate left.
As an ode to her beloved dinner set, Leslie designed six new plates featuring the same fine lines of the school notebook – but this time a little bit warped. On each blank page the lines – bold yet fragile – intersect, complete and respond to each other.
