Slate roofing SCALE CUT

Characteristics: Scale cuts (Schuppen) are a simplified form of traditional Old German roofing, but the use of a uniform tile size reduces the tiling effort required. Our special formats offer clear benefits, both as far as the material price and the tiling time is concerned. Detailed information on request. The tiles should be laid in the opposite direction to the main wind direction. Cuts: We usually produce scale patterns as a normal cut. On request, however, we can also provide a blunt or sharp cut (see traditional Old German roofing). Delivery schedule: Mainly available in Assulo® slate. On request, Original Altlayer® and Monte Color® slate can be provided.
