This riser pedestal is adjustable for heights of between 43 and 138 mm (i.e. an adjustment range of 95 mm) and is designed to fit into metal post supports for natural timber or composite decks intended for pedestrian use. Ideal for creating a decking without the need for any special ground preparation. This base is specifically designed to fit a standard 90 x 90 mm metal fence post support (not supplied). The manual screw adjuster enables precise height adjustment. Minimum site preparation required. Option to use "ESSENTIEL" 60 mm extensions to provide additional height. Resistance : UV and GEL. Can be used with PROFILDECK® Strong resistance to crushing (higher than 1T) The subframes of terraces supported using riser pedestals must be constructed using wooden or aluminium joists, NOT COMPOSITE JOISTS.
