The vegetable treatment process of the leather takes place over fourteen months, before it’s finished by hand with over one thousand stitches. Notwithstanding its old-school production process, this is a modern easy chair with a steel frame that creates a slightly industrial feel, echoing the urban cool aesthetic of Berlin. The framework is water cut in 12mm plate steel, creating an enduringly comfortable seat to last the years.
