For our latest edition of the Cloud coffee table, we introduced smoked Venetian glass in place of the traditional marble top. The translucence of the material lends itself well to the design, conjuring the ephemerality of a cloud as it drifts across the sky. The dappled quality of the glass adds a sense of dynamism, playing with the light as it filters through. This entrancing top sits on a base of steel, crafted by hand using traditional blacksmithing techniques. It’s then blackened to create a sleek, monochromatic effect. Why we love it The Cloud is a nature-inspired design with a distinctive, organically shaped top.
