The Tumulus rug is Samuel Accoceberry's latest creation for Toulemonde Bochart. Continuing his approach based on the know-how of craftsmen in Indian workshops, he created a pattern highlighting the dexterity of weavers, skilled in creating volumes and reliefs, through the interplay of weaving in bouclé or cut velvet. Its audacious shape in 3 colored petals inhabits the space by refocusing it towards the heart of the composition. Hand-tufted carpet, Tumulus unrolls its lines in full and loose lines, and offers scarified velvet like a Zen garden. The blue Tumulus carpet develops a colder range. This rug with a simple pattern and a false round shape will dress up an entrance hall as well as a corner living room. This wool carpet will be easily maintained by respecting vacuuming without brushing and thorough washing by a professional approximately every 4 years depending on use.
