The SYMPL essential2 Node m:pix is an eight-channel DMX/m:pix interface for use with e:cue’s lighting control solution SYMPHOLIGHT. It provides an interfaces for up to 4096 DMX channels split into 8 universes with each 512 channels (DMX512) – or for up to 12,288 DMX channels split into 8 universes with 1536 channels each (m:pix). Connection to the server runs via Ethernet interface with 100 Mbit/s. The SYMPL essential2 Node m:pix can be powered by an external power supply or via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE). It is easily mounted on standard 35 mm DIN rails, or with key holes in the housing base.
