Hardware for the enclosure and glass project sector: COPERTA system for canopies.

GENERAL FEATURES

• Tensile mechanical resistance of the assembled metal set composed of a wall support tie, a glass support tie and a tie rod: 500 Kg. (Test performed only with the mentioned metal parts; tensile test without anchoring the assembly to any base).
• Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Adjustable rigid tie rods.
• Bright stainless finish.
• Fasteners in stainless steel A2.
• Recommended glass thickness: 8–12 mm.
• Certified according to UNE-EN 1670:2007/AC:2008, Grade 5 (maximum corrosion resistance).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• For safety, laminated glass or tempered and laminated glass is recommended.
• To ensure safety, an adequate fixing base is recommended.
• Use a high-quality two-component chemical anchor specific to each wall type: hollow, solid and masonry.
• For hollow materials, use a mesh insert.
