Optimised for energy sector constructions, such as water tanks, gas tanks, etc. This is a high-strength durable circular formwork, with fast curving system and excellent concrete finishes. Basic components of the BIRAMAX formwork system: outside panel, inside panel and clamp. Maximum pressure: 80 kN/m2 (line 6, tab. DIN 18202) Minimum curve radius: 2 m Models with varied panel height: 3 m; 2 m; 1.5 m Models with varied panel width: Exterior panel: 2.25 m and 1.125 m Interior panel: 2.2 m and 1.1 m Guaranteed safety in the assembly and concrete pouring phases by means of different safety platforms. Durable, robust panels made of galvanized steel Reusable plywood is easy to maintain and repair Adjustable: Easy curving system with only 4 adjustment points Simple placement of compensation plates between panels Efficient: Excellent concrete finish thanks to the plastic-coated plywood panels Only 2 anchors at height The same elements are used for vertical and horizontal joints A wide range of panels for all circumferences and heights.
