The system consists of mixing the elastic prepolymer of rubber granules and applying it on the floor with a laying machine, then filling the surface with a PU-based filler layer and finally mixing the two-component elastic PU fluid layer with appropriate EPDM fine granules and powders and applying it to the surface with an industrial spraying apparatus. L'unicflex SP, a liquid impermeable system, is applied in school playgrounds and athletics tracks.
