Moisture-resistant, structural, high-density MDF board for industrial processing and interior applications, black coloured in core, transparant gloss laquered MDF CE norm: MDF.HLS Moisture resistant Humid conditions - service class 2 Black Formaldehyde class: Low Density: High High density, moisture resistant MDF board (MDF.HLS according EN 622-5) with a hard, fine and smoothly sanded surface. The panel is coloured black in the mass and finished with a transparant, glossy laquer on both sides. Fibralux MR Black Gloss can be used for load bearing applications in humid conditions. This board has low formaldehyde emission (E1 class) and also meets the requirements set by the California Air Resources Board (CARB - phase 2) and EPA (TSCA - Title VI). Fibralux MR Black Gloss is made from 100% recovered wood: 100% pre-consumer wood from waste flows from the wood industry or thinned wood from sustainable forestry and verge management. Fibralux MR Black Gloss is an original Spanolux product. Applications - Interior and furniture Available fire reaction classes - D-s2-d0 High-density MDF board, coloured black in the mass, with a transparent glossy finishing coat on both sides. This finish consists of an inert, UV-hardened lacquer which does not contain any harmful substances. This lacquer is resistant against a number of chemicals (DIN 68861-1, Class C) and does not contain any harmful components (in compliance with EN71-3 with regard to safety for children´s toys). Each panel has a self-adhesive protective film on both sides. The boards have a particularly screwable core. The board is subject to minimal expansion and swelling in conditions of high humidity.
