Introduction
Your heat pump is a central component of the building system. The remote optimization service ensures it is configured to the building-specific requirements even after commissioning. Optimization is performed automatically and aims to reduce energy costs over the long term.

OptimierungPLUS – Brief explanation
The digital remote optimization service OptimierungPLUS automatically reviews the current operating behaviour of your heat pump from a distance. Various parameters are analysed with regard to individual usage needs and the installation environment and adjusted when required. This can extend system lifetime and reduce energy costs by up to 15% compared with non-optimized systems. A printed brochure (OptimierungPLUS Flyer, PDF) with further information is available.

Requirements / System requirements
To use OptimierungPLUS the following requirements must be met:

• a heat pump system (e.g. aroTHERM Split, aroTHERM Split plus, aroTHERM plus or aroTHERM pro)
• a controller from the sensoCOMFORT, sensoDIRECT or sensoHOME series
• an activated internet module (e.g. Internet module VR 921 or myVAILLANT connect VR 940f)
• a permanently stable internet connection

Please note: The service is currently not available for heat pump cascades and hybrid systems.

Contract & Costs
The OptimierungPLUS service costs EUR 49 per year inclusive of VAT. The minimum contract duration is 12 months; thereafter the contract can be terminated on a monthly basis. Payment is invoiced annually. Special promotions may provide different prices and terms. After a successful compatibility check, interested parties will receive a non-binding contract offer.
