The kite represents the family throughout the movie, a bit battered and ripped at the beginning, not seen as very important by Dad, but it is the one who puts it back together in the end. As in the film, kiting the kites in the air thanks to the action of the wind makes happy. Adults and children look in the sky flying kites flutter and weeping for joy. Colors and shape of the “Aquilone” centerpiece remind the geometric and chromatic figure of the kites flying through the air using the action of the wind.
