With “Dorso,” the artist embarks on a contemporary journey to rediscover the harmonious forms found in the artistic legacy of ancient Greece, particularly the “Ionic” style that distinguished Greek sculptures during the 7th and 6th centuries BC. Crafted using the exquisite medium of Murano glass, these sculptures transcend mere decoration, evolving into objects of high artistic distinction. Multicolored mosaic patterns, adorned with inserts of lustrous gold and silver leaf, dance across the surfaces.
