Overview
The Vitocrossal 300, type CR3B, is a floorstanding gas condensing boiler with modulating output from 787 to 1400 kW. As a single‑boiler solution it is suitable for residential complexes, district heating networks, larger public and commercial buildings and industrial plants.

Advanced condensing technology
The Inox‑Crossal heat exchanger delivers high power density up to 1400 kW while keeping compact dimensions and reduced weight. The split construction separates the heat exchanger and combustion chamber modules for handling on site. High seasonal efficiency up to 98 % Hs is achieved by counter‑flow heat exchange and intensive turbulation of flue gases. The additional return connector supports hydraulic layouts optimised for condensing systems. Units can be supplied factory‑fitted with ELCO or Weishaupt pressure‑jet burners.

Control and connectivity
The Vitotronic control unit provides a large colour touchscreen and a commissioning assistant. The boiler includes an integral LAN interface and WiFi for the Vitosoft 300 service tool, enabling remote access and energy visualisation via the control energy cockpit.
