The Vingcard Novel model without batteries utilizes wireless power transfer technology from the side door frame to the lock, eliminating the need for battery replacement. Furthermore, in the event of a power outage, the Vingcard Novel is equipped with a supercapacitor unit capable of facilitating a minimum of 50 lock openings without interruption. Power supply unit The power supply unit converts the high-voltage AC power supply to a lower-voltage DC output that is suitable for powering the Frame Power Module mounted in the strike. Frame power module The frame power module comprises a strike component with a built-in LED circuit board. The strike component is energized by the power supply unit. Lock power module The module's main components include a solar panel and a supercapacitor, which are protected by climate control measures. Powering the lock Closed door powers lock via frame module. LED emits infrared to lock, which converts it to electricity via solar panel and stores in capacitor for use.
