Laminated glass (Note: this is not a bulletproof product).
Its manufacturing process consists in two glass sheets and a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) interlayer, bonding the elements through a simultaneous controlled heat and pressure process; the result is an excellent optical quality sheet.
Considered as a low emissivity and solar control glass thanks to its acoustic and thermal properties.
To enhance its thermal properties and ultraviolet ray transmission, the installation of Blindex® Laminated with a Duovent® system is recommended.
Offers a wide range of protection against impacts and penetration, and at the same time acts as an excellent noise barrier.
Considerably reduces the high and low frequencies from flying airplanes, medium frequencies of human voices, and low frequencies produced by car traffic.
Glasses from the color family, when laminated with a clear glass, reduce ultraviolet ray transmission up to 92%, which makes them ideal for museums or any other application requiring color and textures preservation.
