Watco Concrex® Flex has been specially developed with a new blend of resins, to enable expansion joints, ramps, guide rail surrounds and any other areas commonly subject to vibration and movement to be repaired. Areas like these may have been badly affected by cracking and spalling in the past, but Watco Concrex® Flex will provide a permanent repair where a rigid mortar might fail.

It has all the strength and abrasion resistance associated with Concrex® original but offers sufficient flexibility to resist cracking due to movement of the substrate

Primer required - A primer is not usually required if patch or crack repairing. Watco Tack Coat adhesive primer is recommended when applying Watco Concrex® Flex as a thin section screed or when applying to smooth, non-porous or metal surfaces. Watco Tack Coat also enables repairs to be made to damp surfaces.
Composition - 2 part epoxy resin
Coverage - 1.2m² at 5mm thick per 10kg
Curing time - 5-6 hours at 20°C
Minimum application temperature - 10°C
Pot life - 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the temperature. If Concrex Flex® is used past its working life, trowelling will become difficult and adhesion will be reduce.
