A two-component solvent free epoxy primer especially designed to reduce penetration on porous, very absorbent surfaces. It has significant benefits over traditional water-based primers in penetration, adhesion and curing. The 4-Hour Epoxy Primer is used for interior concrete to bind weak surfaces and can be over coated with high performance epoxy resin floor finishes such as: Epoxicote and High Build Epoxy. Not for use on non-porous surfaces.
