The NOHRD Sling is a pair of wooden suspension rings designed to perform a wide range of exercises during suspension training sessions. By using body weight and the constant instability of the rings, musculature is engaged in depth. The two rings provide multiple grip options and an optimal hold thanks to high-quality solid wood. Rope length is easily adjustable to change training positions quickly. The internal locking mechanism ensures reliable safety during use. Compact and easy to install, the Sling can be attached and detached with the carabiner for indoor or outdoor use.
