Contemporary vase Battuto

Submerged clear-grey vase in battuto glass. The object is blown only into the grey glass level, which is then dipped in several layers of transparent glass which, overlapped several times, increases its thickness. The carving is then etched cold with the "battuto" technique, using a diamond wheel, in the coldshop of our furnace. A small piece of furniture ... but full of character!
