Certified and standardised modula 400 stands on two strip foundations laid according to the site conditions. The system is type-certified down to the last detail and satisfies the regulations of public authorities as well as DIN standards. Structural analyses are not required. The modula 400 extension balcony system consists of the support structure with concrete slab, the systema railing system and balcony cladding.
