Flexible in use — economical solution for keeping baked goods and plated dishes warm. Not suitable for items removed from the oven above 100°C.

  • Designed to keep baked goods, plated dishes and similar items warm. Not suitable for hot casseroles or items directly from the oven hotter than 100°C. For extended holding times, use together with a radiant heater.
  • Heating plate with fixed temperature approximately 80°C for consistent holding
  • Exterior fully stainless steel, material 1.4301, ground finish
  • Connection via approx. 1.4 m cable with Schuko plug
