Reading table for the dispatch bureau of the daily newspaper "Die Zeit" in Vienna, Kärntnerstrasse/Annagasse, 1902 designed by Otto Wagner. A reconstruction of the façade is exhibited at the Wien Museum. First published in Deutsche Kunst und Dekoration, Band XI, Oktober 1902-März 1903, pages 117-119 An important example for the modern movement in Vienna around 1900, which was ignited by Otto Wagner with his radical avoidance of historistic elements.
