Description

Overview
The DCA fan wall is a modular, scalable cooling solution for enterprise, colocation and hyperscale data centres. Each module provides up to 500 kW cooling capacity and is designed for increasing rack densities. The compact units are installed outside the server room in the technical/service corridor and operate without raised-floor air distribution. Large-surface, high-efficiency heat exchangers enable energy- and space-efficient IT heat dissipation.

Performance and efficiency
Optimized component layout, low airflow resistance and intelligent sequencing control reduce energy consumption versus standard solutions. Large heat exchanger surfaces with optimized fin spacing and IE5-class EC motors with active PFC deliver high thermal performance with low electrical draw.

Installation, modularity and logistics
DCA modules can be installed side-by-side or stacked vertically to expand capacity and integrate redundancy. Unit width follows Euro pallet dimensions for dense transport loading. Factory preassembly reduces on-site installation time; forklift pockets support safe handling.

Full maintenance access is provided via the fan door from the technical corridor so all service tasks can be performed without entering the server room. Features include reinforced hinges, integrated safety shut-off and quick filter replacement via the fan door, designed for low life-cycle service effort.
