Hardwood Retaining Wall System Design: Provides a quick and effective way of building retaining walls up to 1800mm high and sometimes higher. Manufactured in Naturally Very Durable Hardwood. Dimensions: The system uses hardwood timber 140 x 65mm sections and 90 degree corner components of 65 x 65mm, providing great strength with an extremely long life expectancy. Specialised angled and sized components are available upon request. Standard retaining wall components comprise the following profiles: A. Straight component: Seven components make approximately one linear metre. Also suitable for constructing radii of 3000mm or greater B. 90 Corner component: 65mm x 65mm corner section grooved on two adjacent faces. Special angle corner components are also available C. 1000mm radius component: 44 components make a full circle with a 2000mm outside diameter D. 500mm radius component: 22 components make a full circle with a 1000mm outside diameter E. End component: 140 x 65mm section grooved on one face only Components are available in the following standard lengths: R600 (600mm) R900 (900mm) R1500 (1500mm) R1800 (1800mm) R2100 (2100mm) R2400 (2400mm) Other lengths are available upon request and special components can be manufactured to suit any radius or angle. Straight and curved copings are available at any radius. Standard dimensions are 190mm x 90mm and 140mm x 65m, available at any radius. Options: Straight and curved seat top copings are also available. Light units can also be incorporated into most Retaining Wall components. Independent Design Certification. Available FSC Certified.
