The decking pedestal is an adjustable stand in height from 8 to 20 mm designed for installing wooden and composite decking boards. The wooden terrace pedestal has a L-shape which accommodates the joist and a tab which allows fixing the latter to the stud using screws. Adjusting the height of the wooden terrace pedestal is done to the millimeter thanks to the adjustment ring.
Resistance:
The wooden terrace pedestal supports up to 1 ton of load. Robust, it resists variations temperature from -40°C to + 60°C, to UV rays, frost as well as acids and chemicals.

From a French manufacture, the decking pedestal RINNO is designed from polypropylene, a recycled and recyclable material that respects the environment.

Use of the decking pedestal for terrace:
Intended for pedestrian use, the decking pedestal allows the creation of blades terraces in wood and composite. Note: do not use a composite joist for the realization of the structure of the terrace on pedestals.
Economical, quick to install and durable, the method of laying a terrace on pedestals is also simple to achieve. Here are the steps for installing a wooden deck on pedestals:
On soft ground, place the pedestals at a regular distance, approximately every 70 cm
Adjust the height of the pedestals and make sure that the installation is level
Place the joists on the head of the pedestals and secure them with screws
Place and fix the wood or composite blades.
