Description

Cast-iron gasifying solid fuel boiler with manual fuel loading serving for the ecological combustion of firewood. Output: 16-21-25-30-34-38-41 kW Fuel: Firewood Advantages: . 10 years warranty for the cast-iron heat-exchanger . efficiency up to 88,5 % . meets emission class 3 according to ČSN EN 303-5 . low fuel consumption . simple manipulation and maintenance . threaded flanges for simple mounting . water-tube massive grates . quick warming of the flue channel . possibility of operation independent on electric energy (without a forced withdrawal of flue gases and without a circulating pump, excepting systems with a storage tank) The VIADRUS U22 R Economy is a cast-iron gasifying solid fuel boiler with manual fuel loading serving for the ecological combustion of lump wood. The design of the combustion chamber enables fuel combustion by means of natural flue-gases withdrawal without support of a fan, in warm-water systems with natural and forced circulation of heating medium. The U22 R Economy can be beneficially used instead of old solid fuel boilers in old-type "gravitational" heating systems. The boiler reaches emission class 3 according to ČSN EN 303-5 The patented ViaBurn ™ combustion chamber system allows later conversion, after which the boiler meets the requirements of Ecodesign and the 5th emission class valid in EU countries.
