Who we are

HITZE is a Polish brand of ecological fireplace inserts and free-standing stoves. As a separate business line, HITZE was established in 2015 as a result of separating the production of fireplaces from the structures of the STALKO company. STALKO is our "mother", who has been dealing with precision steel processing for over 40 years and is a key supplier for many recognized international brands. Our machine park allows us to implement projects for demanding industries, such as automation or even robotics.

Our headquarters and all production are located in Poland, but our representatives can be found in over 35 countries in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Dynamic development over the last 5 years has strengthened our position in the segment of high-quality products at competitive prices. The proof of our success is the constantly growing number of distribution points and the annual sales increase of over 45%.

We believe that the right approach can make a difference. When creating our fireplaces, we think about the people who will use them from the very beginning. We know perfectly well how to extract from a heating device the magical power that forms around the fire in the circle of loved ones. It is the warmth and honesty of home relations that we translate into our everyday approach to business.

Here at HITZE, we attach great importance to environmentally friendly solutions and technologies, and our fireplaces and stoves are fired with wood, which is a renewable raw material. Wood has accompanied mankind for centuries. It gives the earth air, shelter for people and animals, and warmth on cool evenings. Current technology allows us to rationally use this gift. 1. Quality as a condition of customer satisfaction

Our approach to quality is very simple. A product is of quality if it meets the customer's expectations to a higher degree than expected. It gives additional satisfaction from use and guarantees reliability for many years. Many customers simply define it as the joy of having a product. That is why we implement proven solutions in our fireplaces, supporting them with our own innovations. We carefully select suppliers for all raw materials and components of the fireplace without regard to price. We follow internal quality control procedures and react individually to all complaints. We constantly listen to our business partners and implement their product recommendations.

2. Customer service as an organisational priority

Despite the fact that the scale of fireplace production at Hitze is constantly growing, we invariably rely on direct relations with our distributors in Poland and worldwide. When planning organizational processes we always put the quality of relations first. The priority is to be closer to the people who contribute to the success of the Hitze brand on a daily basis. When you join the group of fireplace distributors you will receive a dedicated sales manager with a direct mobile phone number. It seems like nothing big, but in the conducted customer satisfaction surveys, this factor was indicated as one of our strongest points. It is obvious that all of our employees are trained and competent partners to hold all type of talks, including the technical ones. As the hot heart of the house, the fireplace itself strengthens the ties among the people gathering around the fire. It allows people to be closer together. And it is precisely these values that we also cultivate in our business.

3. Loyalty as a guideline for strategy

At Hitze we believe that effective business relations require trust. Trust, in turn, is rooted in loyalty, which is the result of all the small decisions of the Management Board and employees of Hitze. We make every effort to create and implement a strategy that allows both the manufacturer and the distributor to develop simultaneously. We focus on long-term relationships and clear terms of cooperation. HITZE's sales policy is based on the knowledge of local conditions of the heating industry and respect for existing distribution structures. That is why our partners include both wholesalers with a leading sales position in a given country and small family fireplace companies. We know very well that our job is to produce. We leave retail sales and installation services 100% to distributors. Without loyalty in this basic area we could not strengthen our business relations.
