Guided by the vision of living with nature instead of from nature, NOVO-TECH today pursues the goal of sustainable use of natural resources like hardly any other company. Protecting the rainforest by substituting tropical woods with indigenous natural fibers has always been the driving force behind our materials development. Renewable raw materials from PEFC-certified cultivation are used for this purpose.

And not only that. No tree is felled to obtain the chips for our GCC (German Compact Composite) wood-based material. We "feed" on the chips produced by the planing and sawing industry.

Contrary to an economic system trimmed to fast-moving and consumption, we focus on the longevity and material recyclability of our products and consider the opportunities of the circular economy since the first day of production.

Today's material - tomorrow's raw material.
In a Germany-wide collection and recycling process, we take back our products at the end of their useful life to feed them back into the production process. In this way, new, environmentally friendly products are created from old materials without having to consume new raw material resources.

We also focus entirely on sustainability when it comes to heat recovery. We use the waste heat from our machines to heat our factory and administration buildings. Without the need for our own heating plant.

For all our products, as well as for our stainless steel products, we attach great importance to recycling-oriented material cycles and sustainable production. Through optimized geometries, for example, we reduce material requirements to a minimum and thus conserve valuable raw material reserves.

We are particularly proud of the Cradle to Cradle Certified® Gold Standard, which our wood material has and which proves the material health and recyclability of the products, but also our social competence.
