Who we are
Viasit produces office and object furniture which repeatedly set new standards worldwide thanks to their impressive design, excellent value for money and advanced ergonomics.
Viasit products have won numerous prestigious design awards, including the “red dot award: product design“ of the North Rhine-Westphalia Design Centre, the “Good Design Award” of the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and the Design (2016), as well as the Interior Innovation Award of the German Design Council (2015) and the Saarland State Prize for Product Design (2015).
Since its foundation in 1980, the company has been producing exclusively at its Neunkirchen site in Saarland. Here, Viasit employs around 120 staff. More than half the production is exported. Viasit International Ltd. in London manages overseas activities. In Australia, Canada, Columbia, Egypt and India, Viasit products are manufactured under licence. Viasit’s quality and environmental management system is DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 certified.

By taking action across our entire value chain, Viasit strives to use fewer resources to deliver products that last and that do not end up in a landfill: we use these reclaimed raw materials for new products.
