ABRIFLOOR® is an extruded polyethylene foam, ideally suited for use as an underlay for laminated parquet thanks to its heat and noise insulation properties. This underlay in 20 and 25 kg/m³ density and thicknesses of 2 and 3 mm is supplied in convenient rolls of 1 m and 1,20 m and lengths of 10 m, 15 m, 20 m, 25 m or longer strips for professional use.
|
|
|
This is an extruded polyethylene foam structure which is composed of 4 laminated layers of 2 mm (alternately green/white) in a 25 kg/m3 density and printed with the name "acoustic", on a top HDPE film. Using the 100 mm overlap on the top sheet it is overlaid (shingled) in use, eliminating cold spots. Thus the thickness will never be less than 4 x 2 mm and never more than 6 x 2 mm. The material is inert and moisture free, has a high resistance to chemicals and acts as a vapour barrier.
|
|
|
The complex is made of two 3 mm layers of extruded polyethylene in 35 kg density. Grey to the bottom and white to the top. The top layer is laminated to a layer of HDPE which carries the trade mark ACOUSTICREFLEX®. Using the 100 mm overlap on the top sheet it is overlaid (shingled) in use, eliminating cold spots. Thus it is in total minimum 6 mm and max. 9 mm on the overlap. The material is inert and moisture free, has a high resistance to chemicals and acts as a vapour barrier.

ISO Blanket and ISO Blanket Pro are limp-mass solutions designed for the treatment of airborne noise. They differ in their STC (Sound Transmission Coefficient) in that ISO Blanket Pro has a bigger coefficient/performance due to its agglomerated fabrics.
The blankets perform as sound barriers when applied to ceilings, walls and floors. Their flexibility, thin design and high resistance make them easy-to-use materials. They are most effective when used in construction projects that involve several layers of different material.
Product Technical Information
ISO Blanket Pro STC: 36,8 Rw (dB)
Dimensions: 1x5m (8mm thickness)
1900-2000 kg/m3
Applications
Worship Houses, Home Theatres, Listening Rooms, Recording and Broadcast Studios, Post Production Studios, Lecture Halls, Distance Learning Rooms, etc.

dBred F - proposed from the division dBred of Edilteco Group - is an acoustic insulation in coils composed from grains and fibers of rubber bound type SBR to cold with special poliuretanici binders MDI. dBred F finds its ideal application where the acoustic isolation to the noises of stamping in building is necessary and as antivibrating for solette metallic.
dBred F is an acoustic insulation for noises from stamping in coils composed from grains and fibers of rubber leaf through type SBR, tied to cold with special poliuretanici binders MDI.
dBred F concurs the isolation from the stamping noises, rendering more comfortable the premises, preventing the transmission of the noises and diminishing the premature usury of the pavements mitigating it hits to it. Put down under soft coatings like PVC or carpet, dBred F increases to the resistance of the pavements avoiding the formation of unevennesses.
dBred F-7210: composed from grains and fibers of rubber bound type SBR to cold with special poliuretanici binders MDI. The elevated joined dowries of mechanical resistance to the permanent elasticity of rubber fibers render it suitable in advanced permanent cargo presence to the 150 kg/mq
dBred F-6010: composed alone fibers of rubber type SBR bound to cold with special poliuretanici binders MDI. It guarantees excellent elastic performances guaranteeing the best performances also in reduced cargo presence.
dBred he is ideal for all the applications of acoustic isolation to the noises of stamping in building and as antivibrating for solette metallic.
PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS dBred F-7210
Thickness: from 3 to 10 milimeter
Coils: from 125 cm of height, variable length
Specific weight: approximately 797 Kg/m3

Insulation
Kalzip insulation products conserve energy through their use by reducing the requirement to heat or cool buildings, limiting CO2 emissions. They are also HCFC and HFC free and have a global warming potential (GWP) rating of less than five
The most common insulation used is a quilt type, non-hygroscopic material that will not absorb any moisture, but simply retain it on the surface of its fibres thus encouraging evaporation to take place.
The use of a compressed insulation, completely filling the roof void above the vapour control layer, together with the breathability of the Kalzip sheet seams, negates the need for a breather membrane material within the Kalzip roof system.
Kalzip's range of insulation products includes glass and rockfibre quilt, semi-rigid slab and high density slab. At the heart of the range are Kalzip Insulation Plus 35 and Plus 37, which are high performance mineral fibre quilts offering extremely efficient thermal performance.
To complete the range further, glass and rockfibre insulants are available offering a wide variety of thermal performance values together with the flexibility of use where additional acoustic performance is required.

Relax in quiet buildings
- The best acoustic performing construction is obtained when the cavity is entirely filled with a damping material.
- Fulfilling the cavity ensures the cheapest dB.
Glass wool rolls and batts will give the most economical way of optimizing the acoustic performance.
Damping of sound waves
Sound is transmitted from one leaf to the other via the cavity in double-leaf lightweight walls. As the sound waves pass through a fibrous material friction occurs between the sound wave and the surface of the individual fibers of the insulation product. This friction causes some of the sound field energy to be converted into heat. With the conversion of acoustic energy into heat there is less sound energy transmitted through the wall.
The thicker the insulation product, the more the energy of the sound field is converted into heat, resulting in an increase in the sound insulation.

Quiet footsteps
You don't necessarily need to teach your kids how to fly so that they don't disturb your neighbors. All you need to do is use ISOVER elastic boards, allowing them to walk, jump and dance whenever they want. Isover's long elastic fibers block out sonic spread and provide optimal noise protection, helping you create a quiet comfortable home environment.
How it works
Floating floor construction with Isover - acoustic board
Isover - acoustic board for a permanent elastic space (disconnection) between the floating plate and the bare concrete floor.
Thus it becomes quieter in the neighboring area.
The more elastic (the lower the dynamic stiffness) of the insulation material, the better the sound proofing qualities of the floating floor.

Lightweight partition walls are ideal for achieving better acoustic performance. Isover's light, glass wool offers better sound protection than heavy walls and helps tune millions of buildings in to more quiet, comfortable home environments.
An excellent way to create quiet rooms.
All you have to do is install a lightweight partition wall consisting of a timber or metal stud frame construction entirely filled with lightweight glass wool and gypsum board mounted on both sides.
This construction works as a mass - spring - mass system. Thanks to its soft elasticity and damping capacity the system is highly efficient in noise reduction.

Greater thickness of the insulation material brings better sound insulation
The greater the insulation thickness the better the sound reduction ÄLw,R (dB). The noise reduction improves with higher insulation thicknesses.
The higher ÄLw,R (dB) the better the impact sound insulation.
