The Online Architecture and Design Exhibition
A design sofa can have highly unusual lines. Among the enormous number of models, ArchiExpo offers modular, convertible and many other types. Styles range from Bauhaus and other traditional sofas which influenced industrial design, through Scandinavian and 1950s-60s pop versions to contemporary models.
This furniture can constitute a room's main focal point, with its often unusual and original colors, or its clean, elegant lines. It is at home in any space devoted to relaxation, reading or entertainment.
Such sofas incorporate a much wider range of materials than traditional models. These include several types of polyurethane, as well as polymers, while metal is frequently used. Leather, a mark of elegance, is present in great variety. There is an equally broad selection of fabric coverings.
When choosing a sofa, whether design or not, it is important to keep in mind aesthetics, form and color, but also comfort and constituent materials.
