SCENE - Elegance with magical turn
Let yourself be surprised by SCENE with its many details. The backrests can be individually adjusted - even reducing the seat depth. Both seating areas can be turned for either a relax lounger or a fully fledged single or double bed with the backrests folded down. The armrests become free under the seating areas and can serve as table surface or bedside-table.
The sofa SCENE was awarded with the "red dot design award 2007".

Please note: for a major confort we suggest the headrest optional version is used along with the recliner version.

Two simple flicks of the wrist transform the DS 450 easily from sofa to double armchair or love-seat for relaxing together. Invitingly casual upholstery ending at the sides in fold-up armrests is decorated on the upper surface with handsewn leather edging that looks like genuine piping. This gives the model a precision of contour that contrasts so tellingly with the irresistible softness of the upholstery. This feature is continued in the design of the individual, adjustable back sections giving these, with their subtly sculpted headrests, the appearance of exquisite buoyant matting.

A range of modern, sophisticated yet reassuring seating elements with an understated feeling of luxury in a vaguely Oriental mood. A new cleanness of subtle lines, of perfect proportions exuding an innate comfort emphasised by taut textiles and pure, neutral colours contrasted with bright colourful splashes of cushions and low tables varnished in plum, emerald green, paprika or lacquer red. Simple and minimal in the normal position; supremely comfortable when the backrest, which has a tilting mechanism, is raised. The chrome-steel or black painted tube legs are reminiscent of the coloured wooden sticks used for playing Mikado (or pick-up-sticks, known as Shanghai in Italian). The same motif is repeated in the legs of the low tables with decorated screen-printed or varnished laminate tops that complete the range. They are designed to match and blend with the sofas while maintaining a specific, independent identity.

The backrest with exclusive patented movement - when reclined becomes a footrest - has a supporting frame in metal section varnished, with tubolar cross-bars and springing system with elastic belts.
PADDING: the padding in differentiated density is entirely made of Waterlily, a pure expanded resin material, in which production cycle only water is used.
The padding is covered with layer of 100% polyester fibre.

The supporting frame is in solid wood, multilayer and agglomerate wood. The spring system of the seat and back is composed of elastic belts. The backrest has an exclusive patented movement, that allows “to recline itself” in footrest, with a supporting frame in metal section varnished. The padding is made of C.F.C. - free non-deformable polyurethane foam in differentiated density with Waterlily and fibre 100% polyester. Feet are in solid wood grey polished; for the modular version, the junction between the elements, is done by the feet. Save-covers are available in addition, to protect the covering in the most vulnerable point. The bridge shaped little table and armrest holder are in wood agglomerate with veneering in oak grey dyed. Completely removable-covers, except for the footrest levers.

By means of a simple movement, the mechanism allows to modify the depth of the seating area: this is the original feature of this sofa system, an innovative invention which offers a superior degree of comfort and enables the entire sofa concept to be experienced in an extremely personal manner.
The mechanism, easy to be used, permits two different seat depths: 75 cm for a traditional use and a more upright posture (120 cm) to obtain a chaise-longue. The sofa can be also supplied with split independently-adjustable back, which permits two different seat depths at same time.
Another mechanism permits to adjust the back from horizontal to vertical, through a number of middle positions.
The programme consists of sofas of different dimensions, lateral units, chaise-longues and corner poufs which can be combined in several ways to create personal arrangements.
In this way Loft becomes more than a sofa, it turns into a real open space, a multipurpose platform for relaxation.

Vegas is one of the latest design, its headrest mechanism allows, when down, a very contemporary design and when up, a very comfortable seat. The seating is quilted and the loin rest cushions are in feather for better comfort.

Lime, is a new proposal that interprets again the classical geometrical precision, as an answer to the most contemporaneous space. This system offers a wide range of modules and chaise longue, obtaining in this way a high level of flexibility and adaptation to the necessities of each environment. There is also a version with headboard that can be modified in height. Its harmonic proportions and graceful chromed steel legs surprises visually.
