The bakery display cases from DSL are made using materials that are suitable for contact with foods and all have easily removable sections for cleaning.
Bakery cases, which are available with the LXA or SXA lines, can be ducted to other units from the same lines; they can also be fully customised. |

LXA Gelato
Available in the 5+5, 8+8 and 11+11 configurations (36x16 tubs). The display case has ventilated refrigeration with double air outlet and it can be ducted to all LXA units. |

Large display top, ventilated refrigeration, and a structure completely made in metal, stainless steel, and galvanised sheet. These are the main characteristics of LXA, which can be ducted to gelato, bakery, and dry or moist heat service units from the LXA range. |

Entirely panoramic and metallic with roof lighting, these display cabinets are equipped with a roof lighting for a perfect presentation of your products.
The ventilated refrigeration system ensures an even temperature between +2 and +10°C for ideal storage of your foodstuffs.
The carrousel is fixed on a motor with remoted transmission belt to prevent torsion. Carrousel and ventilation will stop automatically
when opening the door.

Halo open air curtain cold display line offers the perfect solution for presenting the products deliciously. The special lighting, separate for each shelf, brings your goods out at their best. Open structure helps reaching even the products placed in the back of shelves.
In the development of Halo display series the latest research and experience of cold airfl ow has been put into practice. Well-designed airfl ow system together with an effective cold unit creates an air curtain in front of the display to ensure right temperatures within the display. The cold airfl ow is guided to all shelves as well as the basin.
Halo displays are designed to fi t together with Hackman Nova and Drop-in
units. Displays are available also equipped with stainless steel cold cupboards.
Models include 800, 1200 and 1600mm long versions. |
