Polyurethane Running Tracks & Athletic Surfacing Systems
Athletes from around the world perform their best when competing on our SpectraTrack® Running Track Systems. Formulated from a colorful blend of rubber granules and high quality polyurethanes, our running tracks come in four basic configurations:
Full Pour System - SpectraTrack® M is a three-layer, insitu, spike resistant, color impermeable, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The total recommended minimum thickness is 13 mm (1/2"). The first and second layers consist of specially formulated colored polyurethane, into which black SBR granules have been embedded before curing. The top layer consists of colored polyurethane into which colored EPDM rubber granules have been embedded before curing.
Sandwich System - SpectraTrack® SW is a three-layer, insitu, spike resistant, color impermeable, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The total recommended minimum thickness is 13 mm (1/2"). The base layer consists of black SBR granules bound together with a specially formulated, single component polyurethane. The second layer consists of a specially formulated, colored thixotropic polyurethane, which is used to seal the base mat. The top layer consists of a specially formulated colored polyurethane into which colored EPDM granules have been imbedded before curing.
EPDM Basemat System - SpectraTrack® EPDM is a one layer, insitu, spike resistant, pervious, resilient polyurethane athletic surface. The recommended thickness is 12-13 mm (1/2"). The layer consists of colored EPDM granules bound together with a specially formulated, single component polyurethane binder. |

Multi-purpose and extremely strong!
At the end of the 19th century, linoleum was designed for use in production workshops in an industrial environment. The very great resistance of the material to wear and the efforts to improve its appearance have made it much used in residential buildings and also in heavily-trafficked areas. Linosport is a natural finish 4 mm thick that is highly resistant to wear and designed for sports installations, where it is used in conjunction with Lumaflex Support. In this configuration, the levels of sports performance obtained are close to those of the best wood strip surfaces. In addition, its high resistance to wear and chance events (cigarette burns, etc.) make it an ideal finish for use in sports halls that are used for activities other than sports, such as concerts and exhibitions.

Resisport 2L is a semi-permeable two-coat finish. The base course consists of a polyurethane binder bonding SBR granules together. The wearing course comprises a coloured polyurethane slurry, sprinkled to rejection with EPDM granules. Its multi-coat design makes it an excellent compromise for stadiums combining training and high-level competition. Its mechanical qualities provide it with high resistance against friction from shoes, with or without studs or spikes. Its lifespan, which is already long, can be extended by surfacing with Resisport Topping

Resigym is a sports flooring finish based on polyurethane resin poured onto a shock-absorbing underlay or a Lumaflex sub-base. Formed in-situ, this type of finish has a uniform surface, with no joints or welds. The conditions of application must be followed closely to obtain the expected result. When the surface has worn out, it is possible to regenerate Resigym, which gives this type of finish an additional advantage.

PVC
PVC has a combination of qualities that make it a good material to meet the requirements of an Indoor sports floor finish. The fact that it is factory-made enables continuous control of its characteristics, thus leading to very great homogeneity. The exclusive manufacturing process by FieldTurf Tarkett of Omnisports gives this finish mechanical qualities (dimensional stability, rigidity) that are unique for this type of product. The very high wear-resistance of the material is a determining factor of choice.
In typical use, Omnisports has been designed to be laid on the slab sub-base. In this configuration it meets the requirements of the main applicable standards. In combination with Lumaflex Support, PVC will achieve the optimum levels of performance of an Indoor sports floor required for intensive training or high-level competition.

Historically, the first indoor sports floors were in timber. Despite the arrival of artificial surfaces, timber sports flooring systems remain unbeatable for playing sports such as, for example, basket-ball, squash and dancing.
The levels of performance of timber sports floors have undergone considerable development, mainly in respect of the sub-bases that support the boards. FieldTurf Tarkett offers 4 types of timber sports floors: from the most traditional system to the most innovative, depending on the desired levels of sports performance and budgetary constraints. Lumaflex Support is a timber system for combined sports floors.
