BACK COUNTER UNITS
A back counter area needs to be practical and functional but it also has to look good.
The back counter area is the heart of a bar; it is a working area that needs all of the basic units required for good bar management: a washing area, one for coffee preparation, an area for waste and a refrigerated zone. Each of these elements is different from the others and calls for ad hoc dedicated design.
DSL manufactures back counter units with 3 different depths, 9 lengths and 3 types of refrigeration for a notable range of specific modular units, designed with people who need to serve customers on a daily basis in mind. |

Hackman Rainbow serving trolleys are mobile serving counters with castors, designed for self-service. The trolleys can be used individually or
combined to create a self-service line to meet the customer's individual needs. The trolleys have a new fl exible side panel construction which allows easy detaching and changing the panels and free choise of the panel material. The standard side panel material is steel or melamine plate. Standard melamine colors are birch and cherry imitation and grey. Standard steel plate colors are blue, red, yellow and green. The steel panels have a check pattern. Other colors and materials are offered.
The frame of the trolley is of stainless steel. The trolleys have 200 mm wide fold-down tray slides on both sides. The upper part is fi tted with lamp and bent sneeze guards of tempered glass. The standard Rainbow upper part can be replaced with a Proff upper shelf. The warm
trolley upper part can be supplied with a Halotherm heater (option).
The Rainbow plate dispenser takes appr. 140 plates max ø 270 mm. Serving height is 900 or 750 mm. Easy rolling castors, two of which with brakes. Maintenance hatch is easy to reach. With a fastening part (option, code 4309798) the units can be connected to each other. |

Pizza table with great aesthetic impact and extraordinary strength, with outer surface and feet in AISI 304 stainless steel. Relative humidity is extremely high, thanks to the evaporator with copper pipes and aluminium fins, providing a large exchange surface. The powerful compressor, the perfectly hermetic extra-high density polyurethane seal (injected "on site"), together with the digital unit with defrosting timer-thermometer-thermostat and the magnetically closing doors guarantee maximum operating efficiency and consistent energy saving. All the controls, including the convector speed switch, are simplified and located on a single control panel.

Flat-pack tables are supplied disassembled and packed in carton boxes. The tables are easy and quick to assemble with the instructions
included. Small package size saves transportation space. Wide range of stock units for quick deliveries.
Tables are made of strong and easy to clean stainless steel 18/10 1.4301. Two depths of tables, 650 and 700 mm. Frame and legs 30x30 mm stainless steel tubing. Tabletop 1,0 mm - 1,2 mm stainless steel (SFS 725) with 30 mm edge profi le. Tabletop is supported with stainless steel tubes. Noise insulation between frame and tabletop. |
