- The cabinet is made in premiun quality stainless steel AISI 304 (also side panels )
- Two large drain valves (o 76 mm) ensures fast draining and a shorter cycle time
- The three standard large inlet valves (1") ensures short cycle times and can be used for waterrecovery systems.
- Exceptionally large door opening (53 cm), with very strong door hinges, opens 180°, ensures easy loading and unloading.
- The stainless steel soap dispenser consists of 5 removable compartments.
- The soap is added to the washing water at the bottom of the tub at the right moment during the washing cycle. This prevents direct contact with the linen and avoids damage of the linen.
The water for cool down is added in the same way. This avoids ‘thermic shock’, the main cause of shrinking.
- The machine can be provided with soap pumps. (up to 8 connections).
- The FS-models are standard equipped with a frequency-controlled motor and a free programmable microprocessor. Moreover, it gives a perfect washing result, a smooth operation and a longer lifespan, both of the linen and the machine.

The forthcoming year 2008 will be extremely important for Primus as numerous new products are to be launched. The first of these products is a new washer-extractor, namely FS23.
FS23 is a washer-extrator with the capacity of 22 kg (220 liters) and, similarly to models FS 33 40 55, it can be equipped with the Graphitronic® multifunctional timer.
The new washer was specially developed for the Coin–op markets as it is very compact (21 cm lower & 8,5 cm slimmer than its forerunner FS22). Other great features on the FS23 coin are the user friendly Easy control® , integrated coin timer and the soap hopper on the top lid.
Optionally there will also be a FS23 „PRO“ available for the OPL market. The FS23 „PRO“ will be equipped with a stanless steel soap hopper with 4 compartments mounted on the front.
Moreover, a lot of attention has been paid to uniformity and design, so that the washer would form a harmonious unit with the other washer extractors in the range. |
