H CHAIR comes out of an accurate study directed to rivisit the ipe beam – with respect for the proportions and the origynal design – with the purpose to produce a design object, functional to the forniture and to the daily use. L’H CHAIR is infact constituted by a simple and well-visible “H” central ipe beam and by a pperpendicular stuffed plane fixed on a side of it. The two elements wich form the object are both made by lacquered wood, with the addition of stuffing on the plane to sit down and on the back. This chair, with its particoular form is tought for a person, but also for two persons, it is infact possible to add a second stuffed sit on the other side of the “H” central: solution that will permit to a second person to sit down. In this case the H CHAIR will result particoularly suitable for public locals and restaurants. Availing the line’s dash and the alienating effect resulted by the planes’ intersection, Filippo Ghezzani creates an object which accepts a challenge: the desire to match architecture with design. Matching that is fulfilled, enriched, complicated and renewed continuosly, to our eyes, in conformity with the perspective we adopt to look at H CHAIR. |

| The DS-717 is the unequivocal expression of simplicity of form and unsurpassed functionality melded smoothly in a unique symbiosis of delight. In addition to the chair - with or without armrests - the same series also includes a barstool and lounge chair. All the chairs follow the same idea from Claudio Bellini, based on his understanding of what the precision mechanics of seating demands of design: the ultimate in comfort! The seat shells of the chairs are unalloyed ergonomic perfection - a rousing success for this innovative designer - while the chromium-plated steel tubing is the non-plus-ultra in shape. In the DS-717, seating becomes an act of sensuousness linked with unparalleled comfort. But seating can only be truly good when - in addition to aspects such as technology, material, ergonomics and tactility – it also explores human momentum and incorporates this as well. The work of Claudio Bellini does so in a manner that is unequalled today, thanks to his conviction that design in the final analysis serves but one purpose: to provide matchless quality – and to do so without compromise! |

| Renowned Italian architect and designer Mario Bellini has developed a dining chair for de Sede whose unassuming elegance sets new standards. The particular appeal of the model lies in its understated appearance and the superb quality of the materials used - a combination of premium butt leather and metal. This creation gives an aesthetic shot in the arm to the current trend towards communication at the dining table. Its restrained lines make this chair an aesthetic highlight not only in the home environment, but for demanding contract. |
|
A new chair designed by the planning department inside the firm Enrico Pellizzoni. A chair with a simple design as well an elegant style: it fits well for different sceneries and various rooms, from dining rooms of private houses to yacht furnishing, from shop fitting to contract plans. The name perfectly recalls strips of full grain leather to mind that are interlaced with passion, wisdom and handicraft experience.
Chair with frame in solid wood available with finishing in beech dyed cherry or beech dyed wengé. Seat and back are woven in full grain leather (choosing among more than thirty colours) or in embossed full grain leather (choosing among six different patterns and ten colours). It is available without or with armrests: in this last case the armrests have got a small leather part.

EGOIST Chair Design Klaus Hokamp
"The necessity is the engine of the invention"
Platon 427-347 B.C
It is the most difficult task for a designer cry to develop a new chair. The construction from aesthetics and seat comfort is particularly the most important one at the chair. This has turned out well absolutely with the "egotist" chair. The possibilities and fields of application are celebration-related very variously with and without armrest, leather or substance, or as slip cover chair. The chair also delivers the comfort of an armchair and therefore is usable also as an individual piece of furniture to the secretary. |
