Description
The waste water treatment plant AS-ANAcomb consists of all-plastic self-supporting tank divided by walls into individual technological spaces. Anaerobic part of the WWTP is covered by odour-tight cover, the whole tank then with a removable cover with thermal insulation. In aerobic part, there is a fine bubble aerating element and connecting pipes of an air distributing system into which the air is blown from the blower placed outside the tank of the WWTP.
AS - ANAcomb - dual biological anaerobic and aerobic waste water treatment plant for 5 - 50 population equivalent (PE).
The AS - ANAcomb was developed for treating the waste water from family houses, cottages, residential and recreational areas, farms, camping sites, etc. This WWTP can be succesfully used on the places where even flow of waste water cannot be assured. (e.g. if the objects are used only during a season.)
|
|
The biological wastewater treatment plant AS - VARIOcomp N (hereinafter referred to as WWTP) follows the proved type range of WWTPs under the brand of AS - VARIOcomp V. The changes resulted from requirements of European standard %u010CSN EN 12255, Parts 1-16.
The WWTP is designed for treating of sewage wastewater from workshops, hotels, offices, residential areas, parts of towns, etc.
An advantage of the WWTP is easy adaptation to local conditions and simple construction of the technology.
|
|
A small domestic WWTP AS - NIKKOL results from design of WWTP AS - BIOCOMP, which proved very well during deliveries of these WWTPs to regions of the Alps.
In cases when the WWTP is also fitted with equipment for automatic setting of amount of sludge dry residue in activation, the WWTP belongs from technological and comfortable view to best evaluated domestic WWTP in European range.

The treatment plant is designed in such a way that despite a small entrance, all equipment is well accessible and removable from the tank without necessity to empty the tank. With regard to its life period, it is recommended to place the blower in a building or a shaft outside the treatment plant. In case of leaving e.g. for holiday, it is easy to secure recirculation of water in the plant so that biology is supplied with nutrients from secondary settlement tank. Sampling can also be easily done considering placement of sampling point and design of outlet pipe. The plant may also be delivered with equipment for skimming floating sludge in the secondary settlement tank, and in case of need to remove phosphorus, a dosing device for coagulation agent may also be delivered. The operator is then responsible just for disposal of sludge and adapting the operation of the plant to local conditions consisting in setting the amount of excess sludge to be drawn off.
Service work is done by an authorised service company.
Maintenance of membranes and setting of how much excess sludge shall be drawn off is done so that in agreed in principle half-a-year intervals, the membrane module is exchanged for a new one and the current one is regenerated by a service company. During this operation, evaluation of amount of excess sludge is also carried out and draw-off mechanism is adjusted.

The TOPAZE wastewater treatment plant uses a biological process of activated sludge. This process is the same as the one taking place in a river but here it is intensified by insuflating air.
The major difficulty in treating domestic waterwaste is to keep a constant cleaning efficiency even when there is a lot of irregularity in the arrival of the sewage water; The TOPAZE unit has overcome this problem by a patented self-regulation system ensuring a constant cleaning efficiency.

DIBt approval, low maintenance
The GRAF SBR wastewater treatment system Klaro Easy works according to the principle of SBR lifting technology. No live parts need to be installed in the tank. All movement processes are performed by three air lift pumps, which are operated using a compressor. The compressor also provides the plate ventilator on the bottom of the SBR reservoir with air. The compressor and all other technical components are low maintenance and stored in a switch cabinet, which can be installed in the plant room of the house.

Jet's Residential Plant breaks down wastes via a three compartment tank. A Pre-Treatment Compartment receives influent where heavy solids settle and form sludge at the bottom of the tank. The second compartment of Jet's Residential Plant is the Treatment Compartment. Here wastewater is thoroughly mixed with oxygen via our 700+ Aerator and passed over the living microorganisms located on Jet's BAT (Biologically Accelerated Treatment) media. This is an exclusive process designed and developed by Jet Inc. and is more efficient than the pure activated sludge plants that Jet pioneered years ago. Treated wastewater then flows to the Settling Compartment. A clear liquid, devoid of color and odor, known as effluent, is then discharged through the Baffled Outlet.
Clearly, a Jet Residential Plant does a whole lot more than the old-fashioned septic tanks of yesterday. A Jet Residential Plant is capable of treating 500 to 1,500 gallons of wastewater each and every day. That's the size of a small swimming pool or thirty 50 gallon hot-water heaters, all capable of high volume usage. Studies show that a Jet Residential Plant operates up to 5 times longer than a septic tank! Also, changes in flow by weekend guests, parties, multiple baths, laundry and dishwashers all running at once DO NOT effect the performance of a Jet system. That's an investment that both saves money and helps protect the environment. Jet Plants run so efficiently, they can eliminate the need for leach fields and substance filters.

The CGW-5000, with a liquid capacity of 4300 Litres (1140 US Gal.), is a compact to mid-sized commercial system designed for applications for up to 120 persons, such as apartments, hotels/ motels and office buildings.
For instance, an application for a CGW-5000 would be a 40-room apartment building with an average of 120-person occupancy, each contributing 50 Litres (13.2 US Gal.) of greywater daily. This would be sufficient enough water volume to take care of the entire buildings daily toilet flushing requirements.
Indoor Uses
The indoor uses would include capturing the greywater from the bathtubs, showers and laundry and reusing it to flush toilets. There are a variety of uses for any surplus greywater produced from inside the building, including use in sub-surface irrigation systems.
Outdoor Uses
Some examples for outdoor uses would be to route rainwater into the CGW’s main holding tank and reuse it for irrigation purposes, or installed at commercial carwashes to recycle the large volumes of water that have typically been wasted.
