The pressostrutture are the more effective and economic solution for the realization of winter roofings.
Technology allows the developed to apply us the pressotruttura also in the situations where the emergency conditions have a greater importance, like in the event of elevated amount of present persons.
They can be endowed of the double coibentante liner (in a position to remarkablly reducing the total operating costs) for heating of the ambient inside.
Moreover it is possible to implement finestrature on appropriate chassis, specific for pools, posts antiafflosciamento and so on.

The tensostruttura is the typical tipologia of the architecture weaves them to free geometry.
The roofing is constituted from a liner in polyester to double spalmatura of PVC, and according to the tipologia chosen, they can be employed various types of technical fabrics.
The tensostrutture to carrying arches, can have the structure in wood, iron or aluminum, and be to mono or double coibentante liner; the advantages of the double liner are the reduction of the thermal coeficiente in the ambient inside, the reduction of condenses and a smaller acoustic resonance
The Tensostruttura can find its application for the roofing of the fields from calcetto, special fields from tennis, handlings, race courses, roofings for manifestations and concerts, fairs, incomes and so on.

This is of course quite a stenouse challenge, but thanks to our technical staff ability and skill and thanks to the cooperation with our associates, the result is always positive. The special tents are not only the ones that differ for the shape or dimension, but are also the ones that aim to facilitate and improve the surrounding environment. Such as for example the need for a museum to create grey area to shelter their own works of art from the light beams.

A double layer membrane tensile structure was utilized so as to grant aeration as it is the case of a traditionally ventilated roof built with conservative materials. By utilizing a two layer polyester/pvc textile, with dissimilar mechanical specifications and transparency degree, the project minimizes fuel consumption to produce heat in wintertime (closed building + closed air inner space), takes care of the problem to keep the building cool in summertime (open space and removal or folding of the closing perimeter cushions) and reduces solar overheating (the hair funnelled through grates fitted at the base of the building and polycarbonate windows placed on top of the Flying masts).
The final result is that of a light structure which though fitted with a double layer cover, does not prevent clearness and in fact emphasizes it thanks to luminous spots placed at the foot of the flying masts. It is dry assembled thanks to the wise association among the various materials: wood and steel for the primary structures, textile membranes for the cover, pressurized textile cushions for vertical walls, transparent polycarbonate for the roof windows.

Every era has its own way of constructing buildings for the most spectacular occasions. The unparalleled Millennium Structure is such a spectacular building. A dome measuring 51 metres across!
The circle of large theatres
The leading builders of their time created spaces in which people could participate in the great cultural highlights of the day - from the amphitheatres of antiquity to the opera houses of the baroque period, right down to today's modern stadiums. All have been variations on a single theme: that of the circle.
Brings the people close to the action
When it comes to generating the most intense human contact, the large circle beats all other shapes. Whether for a plenum or a special event, for a conference or a presentation, the circle is still the very best way to bring people together or to bring them as close as possible to an event. In a circular space everybody can see everything, hear everything, and understand everything. Nobody ends up on the margins because they are too far away from the action.
51 metre diametre
With the Millennium Structure, De Boer has developed a new multifunctional circular arena, which is ideally suited to meet the growing demands for special events of all varieties. An area for a new age. With a diameter of 51 metres, it tears up the previously accepted rulebook, in time for the Millennium. No other special events space of this kind has the same flexibility and adaptability: dining for 3000, showcase presentation, conferences, top class parties and much, much more.

The geodetic structure or reticular structure is the combination of a metallic structure with the roofing in pvc, or in external support that suspended inside.
The liner mails under the structure is tensionata by means of chains and special discs parastrappi; it has remarkable advantages of duration with reduction of the problem of condenses.
The duration of the drop curtain is extended because the liner, not having points of directed contact with the structure, does not endure damages and therefore a quicker degradation because of the rubbing.
The geodetic structure for its characteristics turns out particularly apt for the roofings of fields from calcetto, fields from tennis, and all the tipologie of roofings for the winter seasons.

The special tensostrutture come adapted to employ various concurring the realization of structures details.
They are realized exclusively on measure and those situations are adapted to all that the normal roofings are not in a position to satisfying.

Membrane combined with cables, poles and/or arches, steel frameworks, wood and aluminium allows to reach a structural system characterized by particular functional and aesthetic aspects.
Fiberglass fabrics manufactured with very thick and flexible threads coated with plytetrafluorineethylene. Dimensional stability of fiberglass and exceptional self-cleaning properties of PTFE makes this fabric the ideal element for durable and prestigious realisations.

Eide Industries, Inc. fabricated and installed the 100-foot by 150-foot tension structure, designed by KPFF Architects, on a central mast with 1.75-inch stainless steel cabling to the building.
To meet the local Building Department engineering requirements of 80MPH wind loads and 25lbs per s/f snow loads, Eide used Ferrari 392 as the primary fabric cover, with corner and edge reinforcements of RF sealed Ferrari 1502.
Aligned with the ridge cables, the 3-foot wide “snow belts” of Ferrari 1502 were added giving additional fabric supports for Portland’s occasional snowfall. The “snow belts” were edged with 4-inch 20,000 pound webbing tensioned with load compatible ratchet buckles.
