Description
The Château 150 immediately sets the tone in a kitchen; it is used by a wide number of enlightened professional and amateur chefs throughout the world. Its culinary possibilities are exceptional.

Two vaulted ovens, one gas and the other electric, devoted to meat, poultry, fish and pastry respectively. Two large storage drawers may also be used as a warming oven.

The hob is made entirely from stainless steel and offers numerous organizational possibilities to suit your culinary needs. For example, a cast iron hot plate and 4 automatic ignition solid brass burners, rounded off with a snack plate, a lava rock grill, a deep fryer or even a ceramic hob.
